Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shiesuta (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the Bot. These Terms apply to all users of the Bot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. If you are under 18, you represent and warrant that you have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and ability to enter into these Terms.

3. License

The Bot is licensed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the Bot in accordance with the license terms. The license does not grant you ownership of the Bot or any intellectual property rights therein.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respect the rights of others and not use the Bot to harass, abuse, or spam other users.
Not use the Bot to play or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Not attempt to bypass, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the Bot.
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot.
Report any misuse of the Bot promptly to the administrators.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Bot to play, share, or distribute any content that is:

Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
Infringing, defamatory, or obscene.
Harassing, threatening, or violent.
In violation of any third-party rights.
Spam, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.

The administrators reserve the right to remove or ban content or users that violate these provisions.

6. Third-Party Services

The Bot integrates with third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. The Bot is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of any content provided by third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Bot's operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Bot, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot's operators, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Bot.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the Bot, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also block or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, without liability, if in our opinion you have breached these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Bot after those changes, you agree to the revised Terms. Your responsibility is to check these Terms periodically for changes.
